My name is Armida and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 19 years of experience in behavioral health, including extensive experience and passion in grief and loss, trauma, anxiety and depression. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations and ages. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-based approach, Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you empower you to develop coping strategies, enhance self-esteem, and cultivate resilience.
